Interview Rosemarie
Rosemarie Lambers works as Recruitment Lead and Account Manager within the PsyGlobal team. Her team is responsible for creating connections between mental health professionals and Dutch mental health institutions, general practitioner practices, municipalities, and public health services (GGDs).
PsyGlobal carefully recruits and screens all mental health professionals who apply to join us. In this process, we consider, among other things:

whether and at what level degrees have been recognized in the Netherlands
Based on this screening and the needs of both our clients and professionals, we enable valuable and sustainable connections, with the aim of giving as many people as possible access to care that truly matches their language, cultural background, and frame of reference.
