Our partner is a young and growing GGZ organization that provides specialized mental health care to adults and young adults. Culturally sensitive care is central to its approach, particularly when language, culture, identity, migration background, or family circumstances require additional understanding and sensitivity.

The organization works with a diverse and multilingual client population and provides treatment in multiple languages. You will join a multidisciplinary team with direct communication, close collaboration, and plenty of room to contribute your professional expertise.

As a Basic Psychologist, you will conduct psychological assessments, contribute to treatment plans, and provide culturally sensitive, evidence-based psychological treatment under the supervision of experienced mental health professionals. You will monitor clients’ progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and work closely with colleagues, referrers, and clients’ families where appropriate.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s and master’s degree in Psychology
• WO-level psychology degree recognized in the Netherlands
• A valid LOGO statement
• Eligible to work as a Basic Psychologist in the Netherlands
• Professional proficiency in Classical Arabic (MSA) and English
• Experience with psychological assessment and treatment
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment methods
• Strong communication and clinical reporting skills
• Good command of Dutch is considered an advantage
• Availability for 8-24 hours per week
