Our partner is a mental health treatment practice in the Eindhoven region that provides accessible, culturally sensitive psychological care to both adults and young people. They work with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and support a broad range of psychological concerns, including depression, stress and burnout, relationship difficulties, addiction-related problems, and feelings of overwhelm or being stuck. Their approach is personal and tailored to the individual, with attention to each client’s cultural background, life circumstances, and specific support needs.

As a basic psychologist, you will provide compassionate mental health support in your language of expertise (Polish). Responsibilities include conducting intake sessions and ongoing counseling, identifying client needs and goals, and delivering structured, evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual. You will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, monitor client progress, and adjust support plans accordingly.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s and master’s degree in Psychology
• WO-psychologist with a diploma recognized in the Netherlands. If the degree was obtained outside of the Netherlands, a credential evaluation (diplomawaardering) from Nuffic or IDW is required.
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Availability for at least 8 hours per week
• Demonstrated experience working with Polish-speaking clients and understanding of Polish cultural nuances in mental health care.
• Proven work experience in diagnostics and treatment.
• Preferably experience within mental health care (GGZ) or a similar clinical setting as a psychologist.
