Our client is a division of a larger organisation with multiple labels. They are part of a network of independent mental healthcare (GGZ) providers, each with its own approach and specialisation (label).

This client’s focus is on quality and a personal approach. The team in Tilburg is known for its short lines of communication, involvement, and interest in the multicultural target group. Because of the multicultural clientele and the very broad range of care services, they are highly distinctive. Treatments are short when possible and longer when needed. As a basic psychologist, you conduct intakes and provide short-term, individual treatment for adults focused on quality and deeper changes. You work closely with colleagues within your own team. You regularly coordinate with the primary therapist, referrers, and maintain these contacts. Meeting moments are alternated with peer supervision. Treatments take place on-site face-to-face and online (fully digital and E-health). The treatments are diverse and the issues are challenging. Examples include mood and anxiety complaints, depression, and also trauma. 

Job requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology + LOGO statement
• Fluency in Dutch and Turkish 
• Availability for at least 24 – 32 hours per week
• Proven work experience in diagnostics and treatment.
• Preferably experience within mental health care (GGZ) or a similar clinical setting as a psychologist.
