Your Role

As Recruiter, you play an important role in connecting international mental health professionals with meaningful positions within the Dutch mental health system. You source, engage and guide professionals throughout the recruitment journey, always with an eye on quality, care and long-term fit.

Relationship-building is at the heart of your work. You ensure that candidates feel supported, informed and taken seriously, while working towards sustainable placements that truly benefit both professionals and partner organisations.

Within the recruitment team, you bring seniority and expertise. You lead by example in a hands-on way, sharing your knowledge of the recruitment field and supporting colleagues in their daily work. At the same time, you act as a strategic sparring partner, translating developments in the labour market and international recruitment landscape into clear, actionable insights that strengthen PsyGlobal’s recruitment approach.

What you’ll do

Actively sourcing and recruiting mental health professionals (e.g. psychologists, counselors, social workers, POH-GGZ) in the Netherlands
Conducting intake interviews (primarily by phone and online)
Guiding candidates throughout the full recruitment and placement process
Building long-term relationships with professionals
Advising candidates on career opportunities within the Dutch GGZ sector
Collaborating closely with account managers and project teams
Maintaining accurate candidate records in CRM/ATS systems
Monitoring labour market developments within mental health care
Actively engaging the team in the developments and innovations of recruitment and coaching them
Leading quarterly knowledge-sharing sessions to update the team on emerging trends, regulatory changes, and innovations in recruitment within the Netherlands.
Proactively identifies opportunities to improve recruitment practices based on external market developments.

Who you are

Minimum of 10 years experience in recruitment, preferably within healthcare or mental health
Knowledge of (Dutch) HR practices, employment conditions, and relevant laws and regulations is essential
Strong interpersonal skills and genuine interest in people
Comfortable picking up the phone and engaging in meaningful conversations
Good knowledge of, or strong affinity with the GGZ sector
Excellent command of English (required) and Dutch (preferred)
Culturally sensitive and experienced in working with people with diverse backgrounds
Independent, proactive, and well-organised
Experience in coaching and mentoring team members bringing the outcome to a higher level of quality

What we offer

Employment contract for 1 year (with intention to extend)

Your Role

As Account Manager at PsyGlobal, you are the key link between Mental Health Organisations (MHOs) and our international Mental Health Professionals (MHPs). You build strong, long-term relationships with a wide range of organisations (including GGZ organisations, GP practices, municipalities, schools and companies) and help them find the right professionals to meet their needs.

This is a dynamic role that combines active acquisition, relationship management and close coordination with PsyGlobal’s recruitment team. You understand the challenges MHOs face and translate those into concrete, workable solutions using PsyGlobal’s services.

In addition, you play an important role in expanding our payrolling and staffing (uitzend) services. Together with an intern, you ensure that MHOs and MHPs who wish to use these services are properly registered and supported throughout the process.

You are also an active member of PsyGlobal’s Learning & Development team. In this capacity, you help shape and deliver meaningful learning activities, such as information sessions, events and seminars, aimed at informing MHOs about our services and inspiring them to work with our Mental Health Professionals.

What you’ll do

Actively approaching and acquiring new mental health organisations (cold and warm acquisition)
Conducting exploratory and advisory conversations with potential clients
Clearly explaining PsyGlobal’s services and convincing organisations to work with MHPs through PsyGlobal
Accurately documenting all interactions, agreements, and follow-ups in the CRM
Transferring assignments clearly and completely to the recruitment team
Formalising agreements so that expectations, roles, and responsibilities are clear for all parties
Maintaining regular contact with organisations after placement to monitor satisfaction and progress
Acting as the main point of contact for organisations throughout the collaboration

Who you are

Excellent command of Dutch at C1 level or higher (mandatory)
Strong communication skills
Enjoys acquisition and is not afraid to pick up the phone
Structured and disciplined in CRM administration
Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility, not waiting for others to assign tasks to you
Affinity with mental health care and/or the GGZ sector
Entrepreneurial mindset and motivated to grow with a young organisation

What we offer

24 hours per week

Operations Manager

About PsyGlobal

Your Role

As Operations Manager, you are the driving force behind the operational success of a large, multi-year project. You lead a dedicated, multidisciplinary team of around 10–15 professionals, including recruitment, account management and communications specialists. Together, you deliver tangible results over a period of approximately two years.

You bring structure, clarity and momentum. You balance day-to-day operations with a long-term view, ensuring that people, processes and results stay aligned throughout the entire project lifecycle. Reporting directly to the Board, you are ultimately accountable for achieving the agreed project outcomes: from the successful placement of Mental Health Professionals (MHPs) to fostering strong collaboration, clear workflows and a healthy, sustainable team culture.

What you’ll do

Take full end-to-end responsibility for the operational performance and results of the project
Lead, coach and inspire a multidisciplinary team of 10–15 professionals
Translate strategic objectives into clear operational goals and concrete actions
Monitor KPIs and outcomes, such as successful placements of MHPs with GGZ institutions, GP practices, municipalities and GGDs
Ensure smooth collaboration within teams and with external partners
Work closely with the Project Assistant on planning, coordination and reporting
Report progress, risks and results to the Board
Create clarity in processes, roles, responsibilities and decision-making
Manage workload, capacity and priorities across the organisation

Who you are

Proven experience in a senior operational or leadership role
Demonstrated experience managing international and multicultural teams
Comfortable leading teams in a hybrid and partly remote setting
Excellent command of English (working language) and Dutch (both required)
A leadership style based on trust, autonomy, and empowerment
Able to provide clear direction and firm guidance when needed
Strong people skills: able to recognise and develop individual strengths from employees
Pragmatic and solution-oriented: focused on what can be done
Resilient and able to perform well under pressure
Enjoys leading people, creating a positive atmosphere, and making difficult decisions when necessary

Rosemarie Lambers werkt als recruitment lead en accountmanager binnen het PsyGlobal team. Haar team is verantwoordelijk voor het maken van verbindingen tussen GGZ-professionals en Nederlandse GGZ-instellingen, huisartsenpraktijken, gemeenten en GGD’s.

PsyGlobal werft en screent alle GGZ-professionals die zich bij ons aanmelden zorgvuldig. Daarbij kijken wij onder andere naar:

This Wednesday, we started a new series of online webinars for Ukrainian mental health professionals, hosted by CBT therapist, supervisor, and trainer Valentyna Parobii. During these 3 sessions, we will focus on practical psychological skills for daily clinical practice. The webinars will be in Ukrainian and are free of charge.

▪️ Mindfulness
Date: 14 January | Time: 19:00–21:00
A practice of awareness and presence in the here and now to reduce stress and enhance resilience. The webinar offers practical mindfulness techniques that can be applied both personally and professionally. We will also focus on how to engage clients in this practice and set realistic expectations to prevent dropouts.

▪️ Building Vicious and Supportive Cycles
Date: 6 February | Time: 11:00–13:00
The webinar focuses on identifying and maintaining cycles using a cognitive-behavioral framework based on core CBT principles. Participants will learn how to conceptualize difficulties in a structured CBT format, allowing them to identify accurate therapeutic targets for intervention planning and, consequently, achieve therapy goals more effectively.

▪️ Cognitive Distortions
Date: 23 March | Time: 19:00–21:00
The webinar focuses on working with cognitive distortions within the cognitive-behavioral therapy framework. Participants will learn how to identify, conceptualize, and modify distorted thinking patterns that maintain emotional distress and maladaptive behavior, enabling more effective interventions and improved therapeutic outcomes.

Jaaroverzicht 2025

PsyGlobal Resultaten 2025

In de eerste (werk)week van 2026 blikken we graag nog even met u terug op het jaar dat achter ons ligt. 2025 was een positief jaar voor PsyGlobal, waarin we weer veel psychische zorgprofessionals met diverse achtergronden hebben kunnen verbinden aan Nederlandse organisaties. Zo hebben we ruim 100 professionals kunnen koppelen aan Nederlandse organisaties, waarbij we 42 Oekraïense professionals aan een baan hebben geholpen bij GGZ-instellingen, huisartsenpraktijken, gemeenten, opvanglocaties en GGD’s. En behalve Oekraïense professionals hebben we dit jaar ook 13 professionals met andere nationaliteiten aan een baan geholpen in Nederland, waaronder Turks-, Farsi-, Arabisch-, Pools-, en Spaanstalige psychologen.

Maar, we deden meer dan dat:

👉 We ontvingen een accreditatie van de VGCt voor onze 100-urige Engelstalige CBT basic course. Deze training is begin december gestart, onder leiding van Thomas Kramer.
We sloten de eerste volledig Europees geaccrediteerde Engelstalige EMDR-training in Nederland af in februari, in samenwerking met Mindsync EMDR Training
We organiseerden een CBT Fundamentals training, 2 trainingen over het gebruik van DSM-5 en 2 trainingen over positieve psychologie.
En tenslotte hebben we, in samenwerking met het Radboud en Wageningen in’to Languages, voor bijna 60 Oekraïense professionals een 16-weekse intensieve Nederlandse taalcursus georganiseerd, met het accent op taal in het psychologisch vakgebied.

👉 Inmiddels heeft onze database de magische grens van 1000 psychische zorgprofessionals overschreden en ontvangen we nog dagelijks nieuwe aanmeldingen van professionals uit alle windstreken.

👉 In oktober organiseerden we het netwerkevent ‘De Keten Versterken’ in de Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, waarbij we samen met afgevaardigden van Nederlandse organisaties onderzochten hoe we de zorgketen voor Oekraïense ontheemden met psychische klachten verder kunnen versterken.
En in november organiseerden we ons eerste evenement voor álle anderstalige psychische zorgprofessionals, waarbij we met ruim 100 aanwezigen spraken over de uitdagingen, maar vooral over hun kansen in het Nederlandse werkveld.

Komend jaar blijven we onvermoeibaar werken aan onze missie om nóg meer talent te begeleiden naar een baan waarin zij zorg kunnen bieden aan cliënten met wie zij de taal en culturele achtergrond delen. Met heel veel vacatures en een nog uitgebreider trainingsaanbod gaat dat sowieso lukken. Op naar nog veel meer mijlpalen voor 2026!
