The advantages of working with international talent

There is a large, untapped workforce with diverse cultural backgrounds, both in the Netherlands and abroad. Guiding this talent into suitable positions results in:

Beter mental health care

When you can speak about something sensitive, like your mental health, in the language of your heart with someone who understands your perspective, genuine connection and trust develop more quickly.

Lower costs

Reducing the need for interpreters in many cases helps cut treatment costs and makes care more efficient.

Less pressure on current staff & shorter waiting lists

Treating clients from different cultural backgrounds can be complex and time-consuming. Practitioners who share the same language and culture reduce the workload on other staff while simultaneously shortening waiting lists.

Perspective for underutilized talent

Many people trained as psychologists in their home country are eager to work in mental health care in the Netherlands. PsyGlobal helps them find the right opportunities.
