Founder

Esther Haaijema

I am a psychotherapist with over ten years of experience, mainly working with clients with personality disorders. I founded PsyGlobal to help reduce unnecessary waiting times in mental health care by combining clients’ needs, scientific research, and my background in humanitarian aid.

Baer Jonkers

I have worked in mental health care for over 15 years, initially as a practising psychologist and later in management and leadership roles. Together with Esther, I founded PsyGlobal to create meaningful employment opportunities for mental health professionals while improving access to care in people’s own language and cultural context.
