Cancellation and costs

Participation in a PsyGlobal course, workshop or training can be cancelled with a full refund (except for a €25 administration fee) up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the start of the course. Cancellations can only be made in writing by emailing training@psyglobal.org.

The following rules apply if you want to cancel your participation less than 14 days before its start date:

• 50% of the course fee will be refunded if you cancel up to 7 days before the start of the course, workshop or training course.
• There will be no refund if you cancel less than 7 days before the start of the course, workshop or training course. This also applies in the event of a no-show.

Cancellation by PsyGlobal

PsyGlobal reserves the right to cancel the course, workshop or training course at any time including but not limited to, lack of participation, facilities, equipment or illness. 

A full or partial refund (depending on the part of the training that has been cancelled) will be provided. 

PsyGlobal will aim to provide a new opportunity for a similar training or session at a later date or try to schedule an alternative session. If you cannot attend the new date, you can request a full refund. 

PsyGlobal is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled event.
