Our partner is a small-scale practice in Enschede for the diagnosis and treatment of adults and seniors in the basic and specialized mental health care (bGGZ and sGGZ). Their focus is particularly on elderly people in need of somatic elderly care. We are looking for an experienced Dutch-speaking psychologist (preferably with vLOGO). Any additional languages, such as English, French, German, Turkish or Arabic are a plus. Experience with anxiety and mood disorders, PTSD, ADHD and ASD, personality issues, and / or dementia. Ability to work with ACT, EMDR, Schema therapy and give psycho-education.

You are asked to join a weekly multidisciplinary meeting with all caregivers. You will provide compassionate mental health support, teaching the client to take control and empower them to continue independently. The client’s request for help is central, not the condition. 

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions (CGT, ACT , EMDR, Schema Therapy and psycho education)

Job requirements

  • Master’s degree WO in Psychology
  • Logo statement
  • Fluency in Dutch (B2-C1), additional languages are a plus
  • Availability for at least 8 hours a week, more hours in the future.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Dutch speaking clients and understanding of cultural nuances in mental health care.
  • Proven work experience in diagnostics and treatment.
  • Preferably experience within mental health care (basic or specialized GGZ) or a similar clinical setting as a psychologist.

Employment type: Part-time

Salary: €3.830 – €5.730 per month, based on a full time (36 hrs) work week
