The added value of L&D

Last year, Daria Chupailenko and Olena Lohvinova took part in several programs from PsyGlobal’s Learning & Development offering. First and foremost, they joined to gain additional knowledge—knowledge they can put into practice in their work the very next day. At the same time, it is highly valuable for them to come together with fellow psychologists from Ukraine, share their experiences, and learn from one another. “It’s like our circle of support,” Daria aptly says.
